How to assign a contact to an account

If you have added contacts manually or imported them, you can assign them to relevant accounts.

There are two ways to assign a contact to an account.

#1 Link to existing account

To link an existing contact to an account:

1/ Go to "Accounts" in the left navigation menu.

2/ Click the account to which you want to associate one or more contacts.

3/ Click the "Contacts" tab in the Account Details view.

4/ Click "Link to existing contact" in the top-right corner.

5/ In the modal, select one or more contacts that you want to link to the account.

You can use the Search box in the top-right corner of the modal to search for specific contacts.

6/ Click "Add."

You will see that the contacts are now linked to the account.

#2 Add new contact

To add a new contact to an account:

1/ Go to "Accounts" in the left navigation menu.

2/ Click the account to which you want to associate one or more contacts.

3/ Click the "Contacts" tab in the Account Details view.

4/ Click "Create contact" in the top-right corner.

5/ In the modal to create the contact, add the details of the contact.

6/ Click "Create" or click "Create and new contact" to add another new contact.
