You can delete a contact from Cloud when you no longer need them on Cloud. Deleting a contact is irreversible; you cannot recover it once it is deleted.
You will need the "Create and manage contacts" and "Delete contacts" permissions, or be a member of the group that has them, to delete contacts from Cloud.
Here are some things you need to know before deleting a contact.
The contact should not be associated with ongoing or completed service calls. You will need to delete all associated service calls from Cloud.
When you delete a contact, its association with one or more accounts is also deleted.
If the contact you delete is the primary account for the account, you will need to assign another primary contact for the account.
To delete a contact:
1/ Go to "Accounts > Contacts" in the left navigation menu.
2/ Click the 3-dot menu of the contact and click "Delete."
3/ Complete the delete workflow, and the contact will be deleted from Cloud.
