"Scope of Work" is a detailed outline of how the project will be executed. The scope of work typically includes deliverables, project tasks, timelines, milestones, resources involved, and reporting and communication.
On Cloud, you can use D-Tools AI to generate a preliminary draft of the scope of work. The draft will include the following:
The name on the account and the description, area, and site address you specified for the opportunity.
Brief descriptions of all systems in the quote, with the high-level details of the items in them. D-Tools AI uses the items' descriptions in the catalog to generate these descriptions.
A bulleted list of installation actions for each system.
D-Tools AI will factor in the products included in the packages in the scope of work draft. Currently, it does not factor in the service plans and subscriptions in the quote.
Scope of Work themes
Cloud provides your three themes to create the scope of work draft using D-Tools AI.
Detailed & Consultative - Designed for high-end projects, this theme does not generate the text for installation actions.
Concise & Technical - Designed for quick and straightforward projects, this theme generates the text for installation actions.
Client-Centric & Storytelling - Designed to provide a storytelling experience, this generates the text for installation actions.
