You can view and manage the inventory items in your Cloud catalog on the mobile app.

To go to the inventory management view, tap the 3-line drawer in the top-left corner and tap “Inventory.”

On the screen, you will see the inventory items and the options to manage them. The following are the options.

To filter inventory items, tap the “Filters” icon in the top-right corner and select the filters. You have filters for status, brands, categories, and suppliers.

Once you have selected all your filters, tap “Apply” to see the filtered items.

If you want to search for a specific item, type in the search string in the Search box above the inventory list and tap the Search icon to the left of the string.

You will see one or more items that match the search string.

To view the complete details of an inventory item, tap the item in the inventory list. You will see the stock levels of the item, the inventory locations it is stocked in, and the inventory history of the item.

You can move the item across locations by tapping “Move” next to a location, selecting the quantity and new location, and tapping “Move” on the next screen.

You can also set the minimum stock and reorder quantities if needed.

If you want to view the allocation, deallocation, check-in, and item movement history across locations of all inventory items, tap “Inventory History” above the inventory list.

You will see the overall inventory history of all items.

To scan an inventory item and add it to the on-hand stock quantity, tap “Scan Item” at the top of the screen and scan the item.

You will see that the on-hand quantity is updated for the item.
