You can view the sales metrics, such as the sales leaderboard, pipeline, and forecasted sales, on the mobile app.
To view the sales metrics, tap the 3-line drawer in the top-left corner and tap “Reports.”
You will see the sales metrics on the screen.
To filter the metrics, tap the “Filters” icon in the top-right corner and select the filters you want. You have filters for salespeople, project types, building types, market sectors, and a few more. You can also decide whether to include change order totals and taxes.
Once you have selected all your filters, tap “Apply,” and you will see the filtered metrics.
You will see the following metrics as you scroll down.
Closed sales
Close rate
Sales leaderboard showing the names of the salespeople and the sales they have made
Sales pipeline showing the projected sales amounts by the opportunity stages
Sales forecast showing the opportunities that are yet to be won, with their sales amounts and opportunity stages
Quotes sales
12-month projection showing month-on-month sales in won and forecasted opportunities.
