Chat
The quickest way to get help is to use our in-app Chat. To access the chat on the D-Tools Cloud mobile app, tap the 3-line drawer in the top-left corner, tap “My Profile,” and tap the Chat icon in the lower-right corner.
This will connect you with our Support team, who will be happy to help you with best practices, troubleshoot issues, or answer your questions. You can also chat with us to let us know how we're doing.
If you don't feel like chatting, email us at cloud@d-toolshelp.com, and our Support team will follow up with you by email or phone.
Documentation
If you don't want to contact us and simply want to read up on the D-Tools Cloud mobile app features, tap the 3-line drawer in the top-left corner, then tap “Documentation.”
You will see the help center for the D-Tools Cloud mobile app.
We value feedback on Cloud features from our customers. To provide feedback, tap the 3-line drawer in the top-left corner and tap “Provide Feedback.”
