You can copy a location and a system from a quote in an opportunity to another quote in the opportunity or one or more quotes in multiple opportunities. This can save you time to create important locations and systems in multiple opportunities.
To create a location from a quote:
1/ Go to the Details view of the quote and the Locations view in the View By pane.
2/ Click the 3-dot menu of the location you want to copy and click "Copy location."
3/ In the modal with the list of opportunities, select quotes across one or more opportunities.
4/ Click "Copy."
You will see the location in the quotes you selected in the modal.
To copy a system from a quote, perform steps 1 to 4 in the Systems view in the View By pane.
