You can view the existing invoices and create new invoices for all your projects, service contracts, subscriptions, and service calls from the "Billing > Invoices" page.
On the Invoices page, invoices will be listed by status in both the Kanban view and the List view. The status of the invoices will be automatically updated when you use D-Tools Payments. Any manual changes you make to the invoice status in the Project Details and Contract Details will be reflected on this page.
At the top of the page, you will see filters to filter the invoices by clients, projects, contracts, calls, and dates.
You can also download the invoices by clicking the "Download" icon in the top left corner.
Click the "List" icon in the top-left corner to view invoices in a tabular format. The invoices will show the invoice number, account details, dates, convenience fee, transaction fee, total amount, status, and a QuickBooks Online or Xero invoice number when accounting integration is enabled.
You can sort invoices by invoice number, account name, date, or total amount.
To create an invoice:
1/ Click "New invoice" at the top-right corner. You will see a modal to select the term.
2/ Select if the invoice is for a project, contract, or subscription.
3/ Expand the row for the project, contract, or subscription.
4/ Select one or more payment terms, and click "Next."
You will see the invoice creation workflow with the selected terms. From here on, you will need to follow the standard process to create the invoice.

You can archive an invoice if you don't need it by selecting it, clicking "Action on selected," and then selecting "Archive invoice."
Cloud will archive the invoice, and you can see it using the "Include" filter at the top.
