Cloud automatically creates subscription service entries on the "Service > Subscriptions" page when the customer accepts the proposal with one or more subscriptions in it, and you mark the opportunity as "Won." For example, if the proposal had 3 subscriptions, you would see 3 entries on the Subscriptions page.
Do the following to activate a subscription.
1/ Go to the details view of the subscription under "Service > Subscriptions."
2/ Set the start date, and the end date will populate automatically based on the subscription length.
3/ Enter the license for the subscription in the "Subscription key" text box. You will need to send this to the customer via email.
4/ If you want to renew the subscription automatically, click "None" next to Auto Renew in the Pricing section, specify the automatic renewal options, and click "Schedule."

5/ In the Files section, upload files, such as software agreements, email attachments, etc.
The status of the subscription will now be "Active."
