FAQ: How do customers view the subscriptions in the proposal?

A customer can view the subscriptions you add to the quote in the “Subscriptions” section of the proposal. By default, this section is added at the end of the proposal. You can move this section in the proposal if needed.

The following instructions apply to both multimedia layout and quick quote layout proposals.

The default length and billing frequency of the subscriptions will be selected in the proposal. The customer can choose a different length and frequency from the options you provide.

If you have enabled the "Include subscriptions" option in the Pricing Summary section and the customer opts for a standalone subscription or a subscription associated with a product, you will see distinct entries for the opted subscriptions.

If the customer accepts the proposal, a subscription entry is created under "Service > Subscriptions" for every subscription in the proposal. You can activate the subscription based on your agreement with the customer.

If the customer declines the proposal, the subscription entry will not be created for any of the subscriptions.
