When you add subscriptions to your quote and create a proposal, they are displayed in two sections depending on whether they are associated with products.

Standalone subscriptions are shown in the “Subscriptions” section of the proposal.

You can customize the Subscriptions section by going to the Edit view of the proposal and clicking the “Edit” icon in the Subscriptions section.

You will see the following options to customize the section in the panel on the left.

Change section title and description

You have the option to change the name of the section from "Subscriptions" to something else as needed. You can also add a description for the Subscriptions section.

Sort by various criteria

You have the option to sort the subscriptions alphabetically or by price.

Show quantity and unit cost

You have the option to show or hide the quantity and unit cost of the subscriptions.

Show image and description

You can hide the images and descriptions of the subscriptions or show them with different sizes and text lengths.

If the subscription is associated with a product, the subscription is shown in the Products section of the proposal.

Go to the Edit view of the Products section to show or hide the subscription and also indent it under the product.
