When the customer has accepted the proposal for the opportunity, you can mark the opportunity as Won.
When you mark a project opportunity as won, a project is created.
When you mark a service opportunity as won, a service contract is created.
To mark an opportunity as Won, go to the Opporutnities page and do one of the following:
If you are in the Kanban view, move the opportunity tile to the Won column.
If you are in the List view, select Won in the Stage column.
You will be prompted that a project or contract will be created, depending on the type of opportunity.
