Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection to the sign-in process to D-Tools Cloud. MFA can reduce the chances of user accounts being compromised.
On Cloud, if you enable MFA, you will need to enter a 6-digit code after entering the password during sign-in. A unique code will be sent to the email associated with your Cloud user account every time you sign in.
To enable MFA for your user account:
1/ Go to "Accounts > My profile" under Settings in the left navigation menu.
2/ In the "Security settings" section, turn on MFA and click "Enable."
From the next sign-in attempt, you will see Cloud requesting you to authenticate using MFA after you enter the password and click "Sign in."
Do the following:
1/ Click "Send verification code."
2/ Note down the verification code from your email inbox.
3/ Enter the verification code and click "Verify code."
You will be logged into Cloud.
If you don't want to use MFA, turn it off, and you can sign in only with your password.
