You can reset the password for your Cloud user account if you don't remember it, if it is compromised, or for any other reason.
You will need to provide your email address to start the "Reset password" workflow.
You will need access to the email inbox to retrieve the email verification code.
On the sign-in page
When on the sign-in page:
1/ Click the "Forgot your password" link above the password text box.
2/ In the "Email address" text box, enter your email and click "Send verification code."
3/ From the email inbox, note down the verification code and enter it in the "Verification code" text box.
4/ Click "Verify code."
5/ Click "Reset password."
6/ Enter the new password in the "New password" and "Confirm new password" text boxes, and click "Reset password."
You will be logged into Cloud with the new password.
When signed in
To reset the password when you're logged into Cloud:
1/ Go to "Account > My profile" under Settings in the left navigation menu.
2/ Click "Reset password" in the "Security settings" section.
This will initiate the Reset password workflow. This flow is identical to the one to reset the password from the sign-in page.
Follow the steps as described above, and you will be logged into Cloud with the new password.
