You can log time entries for time spent over a service call in the Office User view and the Field User view.
In the Office User view, administrators and project managers can log time entries for Field users.
In the Field User view, the Field users log the time entries for the calls they worked on.
In the Office User view
To log a time entry for a service call in the Office User view:
1/ Go to "Time Entries" in the left navigation menu.
2/ Click "Add time entry" at the top right corner.
3/ Select "Service"
In the new modal, select the date(s), time, overtime and lunch options, service call, and labor type.
4/ Click "Add."
You can also log the time entry for a service call from the Call Details view. In the "Work Summary" tab, click "Add time entry" in the Time Entries table.
The steps to add time entries are similar to those on the Time Entries page, except that you do not have to select a service call.
In the Field User view
To log a time entry for a service call in the Field User view:
1/ Go to the "Hours" tab and click the "Add" icon at the top.
2/ Select "Service," and click "Next."
3/ In the new modal, select the date(s), time, overtime options, service call, and labor type.
4/ Click "Add."
