If you are using the Inventory Management feature in Cloud and have marked products as “Inventory-Tracked Items,” you will need to order them when the available quantity is low.
Cloud will list the inventory-tracked items on the “Procurement > Ready to Order” page when you have marked them as “Ready to Order” in the Item Status view under project details. Inventory-Tracked items will show a “Warehouse” icon next to them.
Adding inventory-tracked items to a purchase order (PO) is the same as adding a product. If you want help placing them in a PO, check out this article.
In the PO, clicking an inventory-tracked item opens its side panel, which displays its inventory status.
