In the Inventory Pools mode, you can reserve the required quantity of pool-tracked items for the project.

You can reserve pool-tracked items in two ways:
#1 Within the project
You can reserve multiple pool-tracked items for the project at once.
1/ Go to the Project Details view.
2/ Click the 3-dot menu next to the project number in the top-left corner and click “Project inventory items.”
Cloud opens a modal with all pool-tracked items in the project. You can see the required quantity for the project and the available quantity. In each item row, Cloud specifies the required quantity.
3/ Click “Reserve” next to the items you want to reserve.
If you reserve the required quantity, the "Reserve" option goes inactive.
If the required quantity of a pool-tracked item is not available, you can still reserve a few and schedule their installation. You can always come back to this workflow and reserve more.
#2 From the item’s side panel
You can view a pool-tracked item and reserve it for multiple projects simultaneously.
1/ Go to the “Inventory.”
2/ Click the pool-tracked item you want to reserve.
This opens its side panel.
3/ Hover over the “Available” tile to see the “Reserve for projects” button.
4/ Click the "Reserve for projects” button.
This opens a modal listing all projects that require this item.
5/ Do one of the following:
In the project rows, enter the quantity you want to reserve for the project, and click "Reserve."
If you want to reserve the relevant quantities for all projects, click "Reserve all."
