How to check the history and activities of inventory-tracked items

Cloud tracks all changes you make to maintain inventory-tracked items. This includes checking items into inventory locations, transferring them across locations, and allocating them to projects and service calls.

All items

To check the history of all inventory-tracked items, go to “Inventory” in the left navigation menu and click the “Refresh” icon at the top right corner.

You will see a side panel with the history of all changes made to inventory-tracked items. You can filter the changes by Project, User, Product, and Location. You can also enter text in the Search box to find specific changes.

In the following example, we filtered the changes to show the stock history for a specific item.

To check the history of a specific item, click the item, and you will see its history in the Inventory History section in the side panel.

If you have enabled Advanced Inventory, you will be able to see the activities relevant to an item on the product-specific page under Inventory.
