You will want to move the inventory-tracked items in the warehouse to sites or vehicles once they are scheduled for installation. You may also want to move them between zones, aisles, and other levels in the warehouse hierarchy.
To move an inventory-tracked item to another inventory location:
1/ Go to “Inventory” and click the inventory-tracked item.
In the side panel, you will see the current locations and quantity.
2/ Click “Move” next to Locations.
3/ In the modal, specify the quantity to be moved and the new location, and click “Move.”
You will see this move to the new location in the History section of the side panel.
If you have enabled Advanced Inventory, the option to move the item is available on the product-specific page under Inventory.
