Cloud has two subsets of features for Inventory Management: Basic Inventory and Advanced Inventory. Basic Inventory includes entry-level features, and Advanced Inventory includes all inventory-related features.

To leverage the Inventory Management functionality (Basic Inventory or Advanced Inventory), you will first need to mark products in the catalog as inventory-tracked items.

You can mark products as inventory-tracked items, one by one, or mark multiple of them.

Mark products one by one

To mark a product as an inventory-tracked item:

1/ Go to “Catalog > My Products.”

2/ Click the 3-dot menu of the product and click “Mark as inventory tracked item.”

3/ In the modal, specify one or more inventory locations where the item is located, its current quantity, and click "Check in."

You can click "+" next to the quantity text box to select another inventory location.

4/ Do this for all products you want to mark as inventory-tracked items.

This approach is suitable when you want to mark only a few products as inventory-tracked items.

Mark multiple products

You may want to mark products from certain brands or suppliers, or your favorite products, as inventory-tracked items.

To mark multiple products as inventory-tracked items:

1/ Go to “Catalog > My Products.”

2/ If necessary, you can filter your products by brands, suppliers, favorites, or other filters to narrow down the list of products. This is optional.

3/ Select all the filtered products or manually select products, and click "Mark as inventory tracked item" in the Actions menu on the top right.

4/ In the modal, specify one or more inventory locations where the items are located, their current quantities, and click "Check in."

5/ Do this for other filter criteria if you are selecting products using filters.

See inventory-tracked items

As you mark products as inventory-tracked items, they will be displayed on the "Inventory" page.

You can sort the columns on this page. You can also filter the inventory-tracked items by various criteria.

When you use the Location filter, you will see only the on-hand quantity of the items in the selection locations. All other data displayed on the Inventory page will be related only to the filtered inventory-tracked items.
