Once a proposal is ready for customer acceptance, you can show it on your computer screen using the "Present Proposal" feature. Presenting a proposal helps when you want to show it to the customer in person and get sign-off faster than by email.
The other ways to share proposals with customers are:
When you present the proposal, you can instantly return to the Edit view, make changes based on customer feedback, build a new proposal, and get sign-off.
If you cannot meet the customer in person but still want to present the proposal, you can use the Desktop Sharing feature available in Chat and Video Conferencing applications.
You can present a proposal in two ways.
Quote Details view
After you create the proposal from the quote in the Quote Details view, an "Edit proposal" button appears in the top-right corner. Click the 3-dot menu next to the "Edit proposal" button, then click "Present proposal."
Edit Proposal view
If you are in the Edit Proposal view, click the "Present" icon in the top-right corner.
Cloud displays a view of the proposal, similar to how a customer sees it when shared over email or via URL.
If the customer wants to accept the proposal, you or the customer can accept it using the "Proposal Acceptance" workflow.
