With the Supplier rules and Brand Price rules defined for your products, you can set the preferences for applying the automatic cost updates and MSRP updates received from suppliers via the pricing integration.
Go to "Settings > Catalog > Automatic Product Updates." The preferences set here are global. However, you can change the cost and price in the product details view or the quote.
Cost updates
Under "Cost updates," choose "Update cost and margin" or "Update cost and price."
When a supplier updates costs, the preferences are factored in, and the changes are visible in the catalog. However, this does not update the cost, price, or margin for products already added to the quote.
MSRP updates
Under "MSRP updates," you can choose whether to update the MSRPs when the supplier updates them.
