When you build a plan view drawing, you may need to periodically check the item types and the quantities added to the drawing.
You can choose to view the "Item Legend" table, which lists all items in the drawing and their quantities. The items are listed alphabetically, with the brand and model on the left and the quantity on the right.
Show item legend
By default, the item legend table is not displayed in a plan view drawing. You can display it if needed.
To display the item legend table:
1/ Open the drawing in Drawing Manager.
2/ Click the "Item Legend" icon on the toolbar.
You can see the item legend table. If the table cannot display all items in the drawing, you can see a "+X more items" message at the bottom of the table.
3/ Resize the table as per the instructions in the Handle item legend section.
To hide the item legend table, click the "Item Legend" icon.

Move table | Hover over the table until you see the four-sided cursor, then drag the table to the desired position. |
Resize table | Hold the vertex in the table's lower-left corner and drag it outward to increase the table size or inward to decrease it. |
