If you have multiple technicians working on a project and want one to supervise and manage the other technicians' activities, you can do so.
To assign a Lead Technician:
1/ Go to the Project Details view of the project.
2/ Click the Resource Assigner button at the top left.
3/ Select a technician as a Lead from the "Lead" dropdown.
4/ If you want to assign a technician as a backup Lead Technician, select a technician from the "Backup" dropdown.
You should assign the Lead and Backup resources to the project before you can select them.
