If you use the Inventory Management feature on Cloud, you can reserve products marked as “Inventory-Tracked Items” for your projects.
Reserving inventory-tracked items automatically decrements their available quantity and helps you create purchase orders (POs) and procure the necessary quantity to maintain sufficient inventory.

Once reserved, you can unreserve the items from the project and reserve them for another project.
